To meet this increasing population, a dozen new home subdivisions are under construction in Pace, providing ample options for families, retirees and single professionals. The community also offers many established neighborhoods and well-regarded schools. The median income for a family living in Pace was $41,878 at the time of the 2010 United States Census. Many Pace residents work in nearby military stations or at some of the region’s many farms and agriculture production facilities.
